Ayurveda is the ancient, Indian Art of living well and retaining youthful health. It origins are as mysterious as its workings.
It is said that Ayurveda was given to humanity over 5000 years ago by sages, a type of humanoid hybrid, maybe early aliens? Whatever its true origins, Ayurveda works at maintaining health and healing of mind and body. Moreover it is very simple and all you have to do is maintain a health lifestyle (at least most of the time).
Ayurveda goes well with a spiritual path and is often loved by those who practice yoga and meditation, a related practice. When following a spiritual path, soon the realisation sets in that a clean body is a prerequisite of spiritual advancement and personal development.
In this workshop, I will provide you with the corner stones of the Ayurveda lifestyle. Ayurveda has been given to humanity more than 5000 years ago for living a healthy life and avoiding diseases. But in our current kala yuga (the iron age) our world has turned into the opposite what we need.
Ayurveda has been shared so that humanity can awaken and be successful on planet earth and ascend to a more powerful and intuitive version, vibrating at a higher frequency. We can create a world where there is no disease, where we take care of planet earth, nature and the animals. This would be a new golden age.
Every one of us is on our planet earth for a reason and the food we eat and the lifestyle we lead is of great importance as we raise our frequency and vibrate health and well being. So we can live our best potential, best balance and creativity.
The food we will be cooking on the day, is suitable for vegans and is naturally gluten free. It will be suitable for the season too. This means the recipes will vary in summer and winter and you can take the workshop twice if you so wish.
