About me: Sonja is a university-educated Ayurveda Consultant with an MSc and has acquired numerous other skills throughout her journey. She has completed three practical internships in Indian Ayurvedic Hospitals and has worked in two Ayurveda Clinics in London. Presently, she serves as an Ayurveda Consultant at Saharogya Ayurveda Center in Fuengirola, Spain, and also provides online coaching and consultation services.
