“I have taken a couple of Kundalini Yoga lessons, which has helped me to feel neck and back relief. First time to take yoga lesson and I am definitely thinking of taking more Kundalini Yoga, which in my case has taken effect. I was surprised by the yoga, I thought it was just a normal muscle stretching but this is a different level altogether. Breathing has improved and I could be breathing easier, stress falls off the body. “
