As a result, many people suffer from modern problems of chronic fatigue, impaired digestion, stress & anxiety and premature aging.

Your body responds to your continuous lifestyle habits, and communicates any violations through feelings of impaired wellbeing. We need to learn to listen to our bodies more and respond to these signals. Ignoring signals of the body will result in stronger signals; your body really does want you to listen to its needs.

If you always do what you’ve always done, you will always get what you’ve always got.

This saying is as true for feelings of well-being, because when you ignore our bodies’ need for well-being, malaise will accumulate and your well-being will take a nose dive.
